Do you take small repair jobs?
Yes. We have a dedicated repair and service crew for jobs that do not justify a full project team. If a job is genuinely too small to be worth your money with us, we will tell you that too.
How do you handle dry rot?
We remove all compromised material back to sound framing, identify and correct the water source, then rebuild with treated or protected material and proper flashing. Repairing rot without fixing the leak just buys you a couple of years.
Can you work with my insurance claim?
Yes. We provide itemized, documented estimates in the format adjusters expect and can coordinate directly with your carrier on water, fire and storm damage scopes.
Do repairs need permits?
Like-for-like cosmetic repairs typically do not. Structural work, electrical, plumbing and window replacement often do. We make that call honestly and pull permits when the work requires them.
How fast can you start?
